Shipping policy

Once you place your order, you can expect your plants to ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship with USPS and UPS. Delivery time will be based on which carrier and delivery time you select at checkout.

We charge a $5.00 per order shipping and handling fee. This covers the cost of shipping materials. It also includes heat packs in the winter time.

We ship directly from our location at 275 Spring View Drive, Porter, IN 46304-8822.

We use UPS and USPS for shipping.

We ship within the contiguous 48 States within the United States.

We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We do not offer local delivery or pickup at this time.

Please make sure you have all of the items in your cart before you check out. If you check out and realize you've missed an item, you will need to place a second order and pay for shipping on that additional item. You may contact us at therareplanthaus@hotmail.com and we will try to combine the order, but there are no guarantees.
